The Elias Cieslak Stop the Violence Foundation is dedicated to providing support and solace to grieving families who have tragically lost children due to violence. Our mission is rooted in compassion, aiming to alleviate the financial burden associated with funeral expenses and offer a helping hand during times of profound sorrow.
At the heart of our foundation is the commitment to honor the memory of Elias Cieslak and all victims of violence. We strive to be a beacon of hope, fostering healing and unity within communities affected by senseless acts of aggression.
We extend a compassionate hand by assisting families with the financial aspects of funeral expenses for children who have fallen victim to violence. Our goal is to ease the burden on grieving families, allowing them to focus on healing and remembrance.
The foundation organizes charity baseball games as a powerful means to bring communities together. These events serve as both a tribute to Elias Cieslak and a collective effort to raise funds for our cause. Through the spirit of sportsmanship and solidarity, we aim to create lasting connections and foster a sense of resilience.
In addition to direct assistance, we are committed to raising awareness about the impact of violence on families and communities. By advocating for change and inspiring dialogue, we hope to contribute to a safer and more compassionate society.
Beyond financial support, we strive to honor the memories of those lost to violence. Through meaningful tributes, such as charity baseball games, we create opportunities for communities to come together in solidarity, celebrating the lives of Elias Cieslak and other victims.
Our foundation stands as a testament to the enduring belief that, through collective action and unwavering compassion, we can make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by violence. Together, we aim to build a future where families no longer endure the devastating weight of such loss, fostering communities that thrive on empathy, understanding, and support.

He was a cherished grandson of Brenda and Leo Maenner, Pillar Cieslak, and the late Edward Cieslak and Carlos Garcia. Elias is survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Growing up in Baltimore, Elias attended Parkville High School and was a dedicated student. He was a senior at the time of his passing, and his classmates and teachers will remember him for his warmth, humor, and friendliness. Elias' positive spirit and passion for learning will never be forgotten.
